Learn to run AI in your business yourself
This is training, not a done-for-you build. You and your team learn to use AI on your real work: the inbox, the quoting, the reporting, the follow-ups nobody wants to do by hand. We set it up together on your own machine and your own accounts, and then you drive it while I sit next to you.
Most AI training is a demo on somebody else's example. This is your work, your data, on the day. You finish running it yourself, and a month later we sharpen what you actually use and cut what you do not.
Training makes you fluent. It does not make the work keep improving once you walk away, because a skill you learned still needs someone to remember to use it. What I build outside this page is different: self-improving systems, skills and agents that learn from every run and compound without anyone touching them, the gap between a team using chatbots well and a business where the work keeps moving at 2am. If that is closer to what you need, the training below is not it, and we should talk about a build instead.

A working AI setup on your own machine
Claude Code configured as a daily driver, not a chat window in a browser tab. Installed with you rather than handed over, so you know what it is doing and why.
The judgment to know what is worth automating
You learn to map your own processes, put an honest hours-and-dollars cost against the manual ones, and score what to automate, what to leave alone, and what AI does not do well. The method is yours to keep using.
Persistent memory, and how to feed it
It remembers your clients, your projects, and your preferences between sessions. You learn what to put in front of it so month two is better than week one.
Email and calendar, and the rules for using them safely
Draft replies in your voice, triage the inbox, prep for the day's meetings. You stay the sender of record, and you learn exactly where that line sits and how to hold it.
Two to three skills, built with you and not for you
Repeatable workflows taught once and kept: a weekly report, a quoting checklist, a client-file update. You watch each one get built so you can build the next one without me.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this training, or do you do the work for me?
- Training. You do the work and I sit beside you while you do it, because the point is that the capability stays in your business. It suits owners who are AI-curious and want fluency before they have a specific project. If what you actually want is a system that keeps improving on its own, rather than a skill someone has to remember to use, that is a different engagement, and it is usually the more valuable one. We should talk about that instead.
- Isn't training enough? Why would I need a build as well?
- Training gets you using AI well today. It does not compound: a skill sits still until someone remembers to run it. What I build separately are self-improving systems, skills and agents that learn from every run and keep getting sharper without anyone maintaining them, the actual gap between a team using chatbots well and an AI-native business where the work keeps moving on its own. Training and a build are different purchases, and it's usually the build that people asking this question actually want.
- Who have you trained?
- Owners and their teams on this programme, and client teams inside longer engagements. The Himalayan Trust team runs its own automation and internal tooling without me. Bikeaholic and SnoPro read and act on their own Google Ads and analytics reporting. The case studies above show what came out of that work.
- What do I need before we start?
- A computer you control, your email and calendar accounts, and a Claude subscription, which you hold directly with Anthropic. Everything else is set up on the day.
- Is my data safe?
- The setup runs on your machine and your accounts stay yours. The AI model processes what you show it, the same as any cloud AI tool, and we walk through exactly what that means for your business at setup. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf without your explicit say-so.
- How is this different from just paying for ChatGPT?
- A chat subscription answers questions in a browser tab and forgets you between visits. This teaches you to work inside your own business: your files, your inbox, your calendar, with memory that accumulates and skills tuned to your operation.
- Do I need a Discovery first?
- No. The training stands alone, and it suits owners who are AI-curious but do not have an obvious automation project yet. It also pairs well with an AI Systems Discovery: two offers, one easy number.
- What happens after the 30-day tune-up?
- You own the setup outright and you know how to run it. Ongoing help is available if you want it, and none is required.
