It never makes a clinical decision, never triages, and never diagnoses; the practitioner stays fully responsible for care. Patient information is treated accordingly: identifiable data is never fed into a generic AI tool, access is scoped and agreed in writing, and everything is built to sit inside your obligations under the Health Information Privacy Code.

Practice-management takings reconciled into Xero with exceptions flagged for a person, plus a simple weekly view for the owner or practice manager: did-not-attends, recall completion, billings. The numbers that usually never get pulled together.

- Yes, when it is built correctly. Reminders and recalls run on the patient data already inside your practice-management system, not a third-party AI tool, and identifiable patient information is never fed into a generic model. Access is scoped and data handling is agreed in writing, built to sit inside your obligations under the Health Information Privacy Code.
- Will AI make clinical decisions or replace my practitioners?
- No. What we build is admin and operations only. It never triages, diagnoses, or decides care, and the practitioner stays fully responsible. It removes the admin around the clinical work, not the clinical work itself, and not the people who do it.
