- Do you work with Xero?
- Yes, deeply. We integrate directly against the Xero API rather than relying on the app marketplace, which means we can automate workflows the standard connectors do not reach. We work with Stripe the same way for payments.
- Can you build beyond what the Xero app marketplace offers?
- That is most of what we do. Marketplace apps cover the common case and stop at the edges. Building against the API directly means the automation fits your practice instead of forcing your practice to fit the app.
- What does this cost?
- A scoped discovery is fixed under $4,000 NZD. A bounded automation sprint runs $5,000 to $25,000 NZD depending on complexity. Monthly retainers sit between $4,000 and $8,000 NZD. Every engagement is quoted before any build begins.
- Is our clients' data safe?
- Integrations use the platforms' own authenticated APIs and scoped permissions, with access limited to what a given workflow needs. Data handling is agreed in writing before anything is connected.
